North Pole Warehouse 3-Year Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. North Pole Warehouse lighting products are covered by a three-year limited warranty based on a maximum of 90 days of seasonal use per year.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use for the product’s intended purpose. Coverage begins on the original purchase date and applies to the original purchaser.

What We Will Do

If a covered product fails during the warranty period, North Pole Warehouse will provide a replacement at no charge. If the same product is no longer available, we may provide a comparable replacement or refund the original purchase price.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Improper installation, use, or storage
• Exceeding the product’s rated electrical capacity
• Cutting, altering, repairing, or modifying the product
• Accidents, misuse, or physical damage
• Severe weather, animals, landscaping equipment, or other outside forces
• Normal wear or cosmetic changes that do not affect operation
• Permanent or year-round use exceeding 90 days per year

Bulbs are covered only when specifically included with the purchased product.

How to Make a Claim

Contact North Pole Warehouse through our warranty contact page. Please provide your name, Amazon order number or other proof of purchase, a brief description of the problem, and photographs showing the product and the issue.

Warranty registration is not required. We will review your claim promptly and work with you toward a fair resolution.
